| Well, if I had it to do over again I would completely understand what the nature is of every function of everybody who works in the business. Not that I need to be able to do every function but I need to understand what they need to know to be able to do the function and then make sure that there are always at least two people who can also do that function. That way there is back up. If we lose someone or someone's sick or on vacation or for some reason they retire or leave the company, at least I know I've got enough back up and everything will get done without me getting dragged into it. We can then look to bringing in the next person to be the back up. So I would say focusing more on cross training. | |
