What is the biggest difficulty you have encountered in running your business from home?

I think the biggest difficulty from working from home I think is just shutting down the working. It's easy working all the time and 24/7 and I found when I first started working from home it was difficult for me to stop working and to be honest with you it caused problems with my family and with my wife because I was not able to stop. I was constantly checking my emails. The phone was ringing in the evening during dinner time; on the weekends and it cause a lot of friction initially. So we cut a deal, we worked out a deal and I stopped working at 5:00. I start as early as I want. We have dinner together. If I have to work at night I wait till my son's in bed and have a little bit of time but I try not to do that that often. And on weekends I shut down unless it's hugely important that I need to work then I try not to work on the weekend. I found that was really the most difficult challenge that I had.
