Gwyn Myers, Ph. D. Management Consultant Do you have any recommendations for those selling a business? |
|
| You sell your business you obviously want to paint it in best possible light but I also think you should be honest. So when somebody buys a business you're not been the target of; well they weren't honest with me, they didn't tell me this product line was having problems legally or that the FDA had a question about this or whatever it happens to be so that you do paint your business in a good light but also make sure that you're honest about it. And a lot of times it's very useful for you to set up a transition time with the people so there is a clear transition. But there also understand theres a time to get out. | |
