Task:
Each team met with a group of emerging young artists and were given the task of picking an aritst and selling their work in a Manhatten gallery. The team with the highest would take the prize.
Valuable insight gained from this episode:
Believe in what you're selling. Donald pointed out one major flaw in team Protégé, not everyone on the team liked the artwork they were selling. If you do not believe in what you're selling it will show and have adverse affects on sales.
What is Donald looking for in an apprentice? Donald is looking for two things: brains and energy.
There is one thing Donald will not put up with, and that is excuses. Excuses don't get the job done.
