Entrepreneur Fired = Ereka

Task:
Each team was given the task of selling "Trump Ice." Both teams were given 2 days to sell as much Trump Ice as they could.

Valuable insight gained from this episode:
Know your perspective customers, adapt if you need to, and pitch to their bottom line. What did not seem to work in this episode was trying to sell the water bottles to potential buyers without first doing some research on those buyers. What did seem to work was being flexible with each buyer and pitching to their bottom line. Bill would come in at key moments and simply let the buyer know how much money they would save by buying Trump Ice. This would help seal the deal. Troy began thinking outside of the box and focused on making long term sales instead of one time sales. This tactic proved to pay off. Katrina let her emotions get the better of which brought harsh criticism from Trump who ultimately fired her.
