Both teams were given the task of a creating a multi media ad campaign including a 30 second spot to promote a private jet company catering to the corporate elite. This included promotion for the Marquis Jet Card. The Jet card allowed business people to order hourly jet time. Both teams were given full access to the Deutsch add agency resources. The teams were off to a good start and it was any ones game. The men chose a conservative ad campaign while the women spiced things up with a bit more risky one. Jason decided to forgo meeting with the client and to instead just focus on the task at hand, this would prove to be a crucial mistake. The women walked in for their presentation proud and confident with matching flight attendant outfits, while the men were a bit unsure before their presentation time. Then men put on a power point presentation and ended it by handing out cigars. In the end the men were said to have more "steak" and the women more "sizzle." Once again the women took the prize although there were signs of tension boiling underneath. Jason was chosen project manager for the men and therefore quickly found himself in the hot seat upon the men's defeat. Sam and Nick joined Jason in the board room for the final countdown. In the end Jason just didn't have it together and was ousted, although Sam's time seemed to be drawing near. The women enjoyed a flight and evening in Boston while the men wallowed in their defeat…
