Nick was too slick for his own good and Amy had little or no real substance. Kwami and Bill faired well in the interviews. Task: To be interviewed by Trump's top business execs. Trump wanted to know in short order what the very people the appretice will be working with thought. As it turns out they had some great insight. The winners went on to run two different events with the twist of previously fired candidates coming back to be part of their respective teams. Valuable insight gained from this episode: It's not a dog eat dog world - Trump is big on loyalty and mentioned that you have to be able to trust people. He went on to say that if they break that trust just once you should fire them because they will do it again. This rang loud when Kwami started to have issues with Omarosa who blatently lied to him and the team. Command Decisions Kwami was faced with a serious problem. Omarosa, his team member, was screwing up and screwing up bad. In these type of situations you have to be prepared to step in and step in fast to correct problems. Interviews - Be prepared to answer some very tough questions when you interview for a job. In this episode Trump's execs came fast, hard, and did not let up, they really wanted to get some answers. Dont try and fool your interviewer, they will most likely catch on whether they tell this to you or not. In this case Nick and Amy didn't fool anyone. Both Nick and Amy made it this far for a reason however they were weeded out quickly compared to Bill and Kwami.
