From the looks of the previews I can the idea that tonight's episode will be explosive! Look forward to hearing everyone's comments.
Entrepreneur Fired = Pamela
Reason Donald Trump Fired Them:
Lack of ability to assess people skills, poor pricing decision making, and leadership issues. Although Pamela exhibited strong leadership skills she continued to make poor decisions that lead to her ultimate firing.
Task:
QVC Challenge. Pick a product, pick a price, and sell it on live TV. Pamela was assigned project manager by Donald Trump.
Valuable insight gained from this episode:

Being a strong leader is always a plus however being too strong can end up hurting you. The women's team lost by just over 10 dollars. The pricing power of each team's product was definitely an issue. At the end of the day a teams failure or success in large part will weigh on the project managers's shoulders.
